Former Chelsea defender, Scott Minta has named Reece James as the club’s best player so far this season.
The England international has been outstanding for the Blues despite their slow start to the season.
He was the Blues best leg during their disappointing 1-1 draw with Salzburg in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
And Minto feels that new manager, Graham Potter, who replaced Thomas Tuchel as the club’s manager last week, would be wishing he had five more players like James in his team.
Minto suggested Potter must wish he could deploy the England star all over the pitch.
“Potter must wish there were five of Reece James.
“He is just superb.
“He is Chelsea’s best player at the moment,” he said
