RE: NOTICE OF SUSPENSION OF SOME LEADERS/MEMBERS OF APC AKOKO SOUTH WEST AREA OF ONDO STATE FOR GROSS ANTIPARTTY’S ACTIVITIES BEFORE AND DURING THE LAST 2023 GENERAL ELECTION PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 21 (B) (VI) (b), (D) (1) (F) OF THE APC CONSTITUTION 2014 AS AMENDED.

The above subject matter refers.

In consequence of the complaint letters from the affected wards in Akoko South West Local Gov, dated 15th March 2023 and another letter dated 15th day of April 2023. received by the APC Local Government Executive Committee, Akoko South West LGA,
Ondo State, an Independent Fact Finding Committee was constituted to investigate the members involved in the allegation contrary to Article 9.2(i)and(iii)of the Party Constitution.

In view of the above, the following persons were found culpable of the allegations levelled against them jointly and severally :

The Local Government Executive Committee of the Party (APC) hereby place the above listed persons on suspension from the Party and further direct that the names of the above members now under suspension should be deregisted from the Party Membership Registers accordingly from the affected Wards.
