Outrage as Nigerian Woman Slams Umuada Over Refreshments at Young Woman’s Burial
A Nigerian woman, Nenye Uzowulu, has criticised the Umuada women’s group for allegedly consuming bread and tea while a 26-year-old woman was being buried.
The funeral service for Nweke Chidera Jennifer took place on July 5, 2025.
“A girl of 26yrs old d!ed prematurely. Not even married. Even thou…Umu Ada went there and be drinking tea. Kai! No single empathy,” she wrote.
